Honesty, trust, good communication, respect and service. All of these qualities seem to be a common thread when making a decision; whether it be choosing a hairstylist, buying a car or picking your husband. It’s about a relationship!
What is the number one reason you choose to go to a particular dealership when buying a car? Is it location, price, reputation? Or is it honesty, service, knowledge and respect?
