Taking a ride in the 2011 Nissan Juke

Last Saturday, McCarthy Nissan in Olathe, KS showcased a rare vehicle. The 2011 Nissan Juke pre-production model was sitting on our showroom floor for public viewing. And I got to take a ride in it! The Juke is a pretty special vehicle. A cross between a sports car and crossover. Kind of a category in its own.

I was lucky enough to ride along with Tom Strongman, automotive expert and writer for the KC Star and Michael Schuessler, representative for Nissan. Tagging along in the back seat with my flip camera, I listened in on torque, boost and comparative models. Check out the product presentation of Nissan Juke:

On August 10, the Nissan Juke will release exact pricing. We are estimating under $20k – $25k for the fully-loaded model. Projected release date for dealer inventory (a.k.a. for you to buy) will be November of this year.

What do you think of the Nissan Juke? Would you drive it?
