		<description>Thank you for sharing. And I do agree with you ... it can be a waste of time for the people who know exactly what they want. 
My father has thought about putting in an &quot;Express Lane&quot; for those who know the car and the financing options they want.  I thought that was a cute idea!
However, I still think a lot of people want to come in to the store, test drive the vehicle, have a salesperson explain every option and show them every option. In my opinion, it is still a &quot;relationship business&quot; ...
But having the &quot;express lane&quot; option for those select few isn&#039;t a bad idea! 
What do you think?

Oh, and emailing seems to be a very popular form of communication these days! I like it.</description>

		<description>I have done the walk in, call in and email.  Out of all three, the best, easiest has been emails for me (don&#039;t give phone number).  My last new car I got was all by email.  I knew exactly the car model, color, options I wanted and had check in hand.  Just email them to get it.  No hassle at all.  What happen to the times of just ordering your new car online?  Middle man dealerships can be a waste of time for people that know what they want.</description>
