You are right - there aren't a lot of females working in the dealership ... especially in the sales field. We have approximately one per store (women sales associates) ... some in finance, service , cashiers, office ... but not a lot selling cars. I think you're right on the money - as long as a salesperson has product knowledge and a good personality - sex shouldn't matter! So I really don't have a base for comparison. As far as preference goes, I really don't care if its a male or female.
